Information supports account access, saving and restoring progress, learner guidance, technical support and question review. Optional improvement-analysis consent is separate from ordinary platform use. Identifiable learning records are restricted to authorised administration.

For a doubtful question, use the in-platform report option so its identifier is included. For access or technical problems, follow the support instructions supplied with your access communication. A public support contact and account request route will be added before paid public access opens.

Master BCBR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Indian Council of Medical Research, ICMR-NIE, SWAYAM, NPTEL or an official BCBR examination authority. It cannot verify official eligibility, register you for the examination, issue certificates, guarantee examination questions or guarantee a pass.
